Pricing Policy
Fees are prescribed by the Tourism & Civil Aviation Department, Government of Sikkim, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 29, sub-section 1&2, Clause (e) of the Sikkim Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 2024 (Notification Ref. No. 06/DoT&CAv, dated 25/07/2025).

- The application fee (as per entity category and grade) is a payable-per-application fee, corresponding to the entity category and grade selected above.
- Fee must be paid only through the official online application/payment gateway on the Trade Portal.
- Applicants should verify the applicable category, grade, and fee before making payment.
- *Sub-categories grouped per the original fee notification; applicants should confirm the exact fee for their specific sub-category with the Department before payment.
Important: Payment of the prescribed fee does not by itself confirm eligibility or guarantee acceptance of the application. All applications remain subject to eligibility examination and instructions prescribed by the Department. Should the applicant's registration be found ineligible or the application be rejected, refund shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy set out below.
